Doxa founding belief

About the company

Doxa Group Consulting were incorporated as recently as 2020, with the four founding directors bringing together a wealth of card and payments knowledge attained from working in excess of a combined 60 years in the industry.

With individual backgrounds spanning business and technical functions in both cards issuing and cards processing environments, Doxa have real hands-on experience managing and delivering change across the breadth of cards & payments. From initial concept right the way through to structuring rigorous continuous improvement phases post-delivery, Doxa have the specialisms and knowledge to truly add value where required.

Doxa was founded out of a belief that any change, big or small, needs first and foremost the expertise to help shape it, and then guide it; a core value placed throughout all the work commissioned. This is also the reason why our trusted partners and associates are carefully selected, and become well known to the founding Directors with the standard of work being proven to hit top-quality status numerous times, allowing clients to trust that only the best talent is made available for their critical deliveries.

Doxa pulls together proficiencies across business & digital transformation, platform migration, product launches, and much more. Helping refine user requirements on existing projects or take the lead on new initiatives, Doxa use their knowledge and experience to help clients realise tangible benefits, from application integrations through to product build & delivery, system optimisation and operational change. Working with both back-end processing systems and front-end users gives us an all-encompassing perspective to help deliver and support change.

The core team

Ian Hamilton

An extremely dedicated and outstanding hybrid between Business Architect and Technical Analyst, Ian has kept pace with the latest in IT developments through to today, allowing him to be a great addition into any organisation’s senior IT team.

With two decades of payment and card industry experience, Ian has acted in various capacities to best support his client’s needs, working with his extensive knowledge of batch based systems, real-time systems and varying data exchange mechanisms.

Craig Wilson

Highly proficient and versatile system and solutions consultant, with significant expertise in TSYS’ TS2 Consumer and Commercial platforms (including Consumer Debit).

Craig has a wide range of industry experience complimented by an extensive depth of knowledge in payment processing standards and industry regulation. He has helped many an Issuer and Issuer Processor successfully deliver change programmes of all sizes, worked within Product to bring valued solutions to market, managed large-scale incidents & customer remediation efforts, as well as optimisation campaigns looking to reduce costs and drive increased revenue.

Chris Johnson

Having led a number of large integration and core cards migration programmes as an Integration lead, there is no doubting Chris’ attention to detail and ability to “dig-in-deep” in order to identify and remove even the smallest of risks from a project.

An excellent leader of people, Chris has vast experience in facilitating requirements capture & definition, and documenting associated solutions with impacts and risks clearly defined across both business and technical areas.

Chris Siddall

A true solutions consultant, Chris has a wealth of experience in various critical business functions including product/pricing and collections. Chris is a completely self-sufficient SME, able to design, refine, deliver and test entire projects, or enter and exit as and when the client needs.

Benefitting from a technical and analytical mind, Chris often incorporates automation into his roles, providing speed and accuracy to the benefit of both time and of his clients, and is highly skilled in issues identification and management through to resolution.
